Discourses are a kind of language of power relations due to the use of language and linguistic power. Since coherent and common meanings and themes (Semantics-based) that are crystallized in language are also prominent manifestations of cultural power; the authors of this article sought to explain it on the basis of semantics and discourse analysis in the development of cultural relations. The most important findings of this study indicate that in the approaches of semantic discourse analysis based on common celebrities in the field of common (non-linguistic) civilization, themes, mental and especially mystical schemes between common Iranian and Turkmen celebrities are evident. It also has mystical and moral schemas for Iran and Uzbekistan, which can be of interest for the public. The themes and mental schemas of the Shahnameh and the themes of some of the love poems or even the themes of Omar Khayyam's poems, which have been most welcomed by Georgian scholars, can be considered in writing Persian language textbooks in Georgia to provide deep cultural ties with friendly countries in the field of common civilization. تحلیل گفتمان، رویکردی بینارشته ای در حوزه های زبان شناسی، معناشناسی، ادبیات، روابط فرهنگی، حوزه‌های بین‎الملل و برخی رشته‌های دیگر است. این رویکرد، چگونگي تبلور و شكل گيري معنا و پيام را در پیوند با عوامل درون زباني و برون زباني تحلیل و ارزیابی می‌کند. گفتمان ها به سبب استفاده از زبان و قدرت زبانی، به نوعی زبانِ روابطِ قدرت هستند و معانی و مضامین همسو و مشترک که در زبان متبلور است نیز از جلوه های بارز قدرت فرهنگی محسوب می‌شود. از این‎رو هدف از نگارش این مقاله، تشریح معنامبنایانه و تحلیل گفتمانی معانی و مشاهیر مشترک در قالب طرح‌واره‌های ذهنی با استفاده از روش اسنادی و با رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی در جهت ارتقای سطح روابط فرهنگی است. مهم‎ترین یافته های این پژوهش در حوزة تمدنی مشترک (غیر هم زبان) مضمون ها، طرح‌واره های ذهنی و به ویژه عرفانی بین مشاهیر مشترک ایران و ترکمنستان است. طرح‌واره‌های عرفانی، اخلاقی و... برای ایران و ازبکستان نیز نمود دارد که می تواند با اقبال عمومی همراه شود. مضامین و طرح‌واره های ذهنی- حماسی شاهنامه و مضامین پاره‌ای از منظومه‌های عاشقانه یا حتی مضامین اشعار عمر خیام نیز که بیشتر با استقبال محققان گرجی مواجه شده است، می‌تواند نقشی بی بدیل در عرصۀ گسترش روابط فرهنگی با کشورهای غیر هم زبان حوزۀ تمدنی ایجاد کند. http://literature.ihss.ac.ir/en/Article/Download/14676
