This article introduces one of such technique known as "the artistic quotation" and elaborates the details in Hafez' poetry. What is an artistic quotation, how does its artistic aspect occur and what are its types? This article intends to respond to the mentioned questions.Our method is the descriptive method through the structuralism approach.The overall studies lead us to conclude that Hafez' artistic quotations have generally passed a balanced path both in narration and the poetic process; which is due to his tendency for moderation. And in these two-sided aspects considering the present situation, they have been united with several elements such as; the narrator, atmosphere, time and place setting, description, character, dialogue, incident, suspense, and the ornaments of the figures of speech like; metonymy, simile, style of finding the proper equivalent, metaphore, personification, paradox, irony, pun, phonemes, harmony of adjectives, equivocation, identification, convenance, contrast and many other figures of speech to be mentioned. Also examples of this technique cover a variety of divisions in his great poetry book depending on the basis of the definition in the details. با همة كوشش‌هاي اهل بلاغت در شناخت شگردهاي ادبي، هنوز برخي از آنها ناشناخته مانده‌است. مقالة حاضر به معرفي يك شگرد ادبي از اين دست با نام «نقل‌قول هنري» مي‌پردازد و چند و چون آن را در شعر حافظ بررسي مي‌كند. نقل‌قول هنري چيست، هنري بودن آن چگونه رخ مي‌نمايد و گونه‌هاي آن كدام‌اند؟ اين مقاله پاسخ‌گويي به اين پرسش‌ها را بر عهده‌ دارد. روش ما براي اين منظور، روش توصيفي با رويكرد ساخت‌گرايانه بوده است. از مجموع اين بررسي چنين نتيجه مي‌گيريم كه نقل‌قول‌هاي هنري حافظ به تبع اعتدال‌گرايي او عموماً در دو سوية روايي و شعري سيري معتدل را پشت سر گذاشته‌اند و در اين دو سويه، به اقتضاي حال، با عناصر راوي، فضا، زمان، مكان، توصيف، شخصيت، گفتمان، رويداد و تعليق و آرايه‌هاي مجاز، تشبيه، اسلوب معادله، استعاره، تشخيص، متناقض‌نما، كنايه، جناس، واج‌آرايي، تنسيق‌الصفات، ايهام، استخدام، مراعات‌النظير، تضاد، تلميح، ارسال‌المثل، تضمين، تلميع، اغراق، طنز، اسلوب‌الحكيم، دليل عكس، حسن‌مطلع، ردالمطلع و حسن‌مقطع پيوند خورده‌اند. همچنين نمونه‌هاي اين شگرد در ديوان وي، به اعتبارهاي مختلف، تقسيمات متفاوتي مانند بي‌واسطه/ باواسطه، گفتاري/ نوشتاري، مستقيم/ غيرمستقيم، به‌عبارت/ به‌مضمون، يك‌مصراعي/ يك‌بيتي/ دوبيتي/ سه‌بيتي/ چهاربيتي/ پنج‌بيتي و واحد/ متعدد را برمي‌تابند. http://literature.ihss.ac.ir/fa/Article/Download/10132
